Let\u2019s get started, you will need<br>any size crochet hook, 3 different colors of yarn, I used<br>worsted weight, label the yarns A, B, &amp; C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abbreviations: sc \u2013 single crochet<br>dc \u2013 double crochet hdc \u2013 half double crochet<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1st Round: With color A, ch 2, 6 dc in 2nd ch from hook DO NOT<br>join rnds, 2nd Round: 2 sc in next dc, 1 sc in next dc, in same space<br>insert hook, pull up a loop, now have 2 loops of color A on hook, lay<br>strand of color B with color A in back of hook, yo hook with both<br>colors A &amp; B, pull thru the 2 loops of color A on hook.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<img src=http:\/\/www.crochetqueen.co\/junk\/instrct\/ff1.jpg>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Now have 2 loops on hook, one color A, one color B. Remove hook pull color<br>A loop to enlarge, set aside you will be picking it up in a later round.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Insert hook into color B, with color B, 2 sc in next dc, in same space<br>Insert hook, pull up a loop, now have 2 loops of color B on hook,<br>Lay strand of color C with color B in back of hook, yo hook with<br>Both colors B &amp; C, pull thru the 2 loops of color B on hook.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<img src=http:\/\/www.crochetqueen.co\/junk\/instrct\/ff3.jpg>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Now Have 2 loops on hook, one color B, one color C.<br>Remove hook Pull color B to enlarge set aside loop, you will be picking it up in a later round.<br>Insert hook into Color C, with color C, 2 sc in last 2 dc. You should now have a total of 12 sc<br>(4 sc of each color)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3rd Round: Remove hook from color C, enlarge &amp; set aside loop to<br>pick up later (do this everytime to switch to next color). Insert hook<br>in color A (**) * 1 hdc in next sc, 2 hdc in next sc* repeat from * to *<br>once (**), switch to color B, repeat from (**) to (**), switch to color<br>C, repeat from (**) to (**) once.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4th Round: Switch to color A (**) * dc in next 2 hdc, 2 dc in next<br>Hdc* repeat from * to * once (**), switch to color B repeat from<br>(**) to (**) once, switch to color C repeat from (**) to (**) once.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5th Round: Switch to color A (**) * dc in next 3 dc, 2 dc in next<br>dc *, repeat from * to * once (**), switch to color B repeat from<br>(**) to (**) once, switch to color C repeat from (**) to (**) once.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6th Round: Switch to color A * hdc in next 4 dc, 2 hdc in next<br>dc *, repeat from * to * once , switch to color B (**) * dc in next<br>4 dc, 2 dc in next dc * repeat from* to * once (**), switch to color C<br>repeat from (**) to (**) once.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7th Round: Switch to color A * sc in next 5 dc, 2 sc in next<br>dc *, repeat from * to * once end off color A. Switch to color B * hdc<br>in next 5 dc, 2 hdc in next dc * repeat from* to * once. Switch to color<br>C *dc in next 5 hdc, 2 dc in next hdc* repeat from * to * once.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8th Round: Switch to color B, *sc in next 6 dc, 2 sc in next dc *, repeat<br>from * to * once end off color B.
