RIGHT EAR FLAP AND
CHIN STRAP: Row l: Join M C in first s c of 10 sts for earlap and work

8 sts. Continue in this manner to work 1 st less at the beg of EVERY
ROW until 1 st remains. DO NOT FASTEN OFF. Ch 24 for chin strap.
Fasten off. LEFT EARLAP AND CHIN STRAP: Using M C and with right
side facing you, join yarn in first s c and work to correspond to right earlap
and chin strap. EDGING: Using Color B and with right side facing you,
join yarn in st at centre back and work 1 long d c in next st, 1 s c in next st,
repeat from to start of right earlap, 1 s c in each st around earlap and chin
strap, working 3 s c in st at end of chin strap, repeat between *’s around,
