Row 1:Ch 3, join to form a ring. Ch 1, 10 sc in ring DO NOT JOIN ROUNDS, use a marker to keep your place at the beginning of each row.
Row 2: 2 sc in each sc, around
Row 3: sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc, around
Row 4: sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc, around
Row 5: sc in next 3 sc, 2 sc in next sc, around
Row 6: sc in next 4 sc, 2 sc in next sc, around
Row 7: sc in next 5 sc, 2 sc in next sc, around
Row 8: sc in next 6 sc, 2 sc in next sc, around
End off now make another one.
I used Quilt batting for the middle, cut to size, place on patty on top of the other and slip stitch outside, end off and you have a patty.
